Tena Tena meaning temporary home Tena Tena is the most famous camp in the South Luangwa.

 

It was Robin's first camp and remains small and true to the old style safaris.  The 5 safari tents are shaded by a grove of mahogany trees, on the banks of the river and all overlooking a waterhole where game continuously come to drink.   Each safari tent has a dressing room, private veranda and open-air en-suite bathroom.   Small and highly personalized, Tena Tena is the favourite African camp of many safari addicts.
