The Islands of Siankaba comprises of 2 densely forested, sand islands in the Zambezi River, upstream from the internationally renowned Victoria Falls. The Islands of Siankaba is a classic forested retreat, and has been developed as a luxurious camp, offering 7 secluded chalets (including the Honeymoon / VIP suite) linked by a footbridge to the main bar and dining area. The uniquely designed chalets are constructed of teak and are raised well above grounds levels in the tree canopy. Private balconies extend over the river. Activities of the safari lodge include guided birding and tree walks on the main islands nature trails, guided fishing trips for the elusive Zambezi Tiger, sunset river cruises and dugout canoe trips around the island. Day trips to Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park (Botswana) are arranged on a daily basis.
